6.2 Level Changes

VIP levels are generally reviewed based on overall gaming activity and history. bj 365 reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time. Notifications about level changes are usually sent via in-platform messages.

7.1 Closure at User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any outstanding balance — provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met — will be returned to the registered payment method. 7.2 Closure at Platform's Initiative

bj 365 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
